Protecting Students’ Mental Health — #MentallyStrongWhileLearning

Ever since the education system has shifted from a face-to-face setup to an online setup, the mental health of students has been severely affected. Students worldwide have been facing stress, pressure, burnout, depression, and many more.


Ensuring that students' mental health is prioritized and addressed must be done. Numerous adjustments have been made just to adapt to the changes brought by the pandemic. A stable mental health while learning ensures a positive learning experience for the students, leading to better performance at school.


Not everyone is capable of easily making adjustments; as the pandemic tremendously impacts the mental health of students, we must all be aware of the steps we could do to be #MentallyStrongWhileLearning.

During our Grade 11 days, we were tasked to create a vlog for our Personality Development class that shows our Stress Busting Techniques: the common stressors that we experience and our ways of handling it. We thought that we would share it with you through this blog as it somehow relates to being #MentallyStrongWhileLearning. We hope that you'd be motivated to keep going and hang in there; all of the hardships that we go through in life will be worth it someday.
